MasterCard Debit Card - Drug Rebates How It Works:

The rebates paid for eligible branded drugs will be loaded onto a . Your card will be mailed to you within 30-45 days of your first rebate drug purchase that is over $5. If the first purchase doesn't exceed the $5 minimum, we'll hold those funds until your next drug purchase and combine them.

Rebate amounts may vary, however, it's not uncommon to receive a $12-$20 rebate on a $100 eligible drug purchase.

NOTE: Be sure to hold onto your Debit Card as it will be used for any and all future rebates that you will receive. For all future rebates that are deposited onto the Debit Card, you will be notified by email of the amount and when the deposit occurs. Please be sure to activate the card within 60 days of receipt or the rebates will be lost. And of course, the card can be used anywhere is accepted.
